Dyan-Gabriel Ardais is the Regent of Ardais since his father Kyril Ardais is mentally incompetent to serve, and he is also a friend of Kennard Alton. As the Cadets Master he misused his powers against Danilo Syrtis and gets discharged from the Cadets. He dies from Sharra exposure, but somewhat redeems his honor in the process.
